By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our demo, or integrating our API, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Description of Service
TrackerAI provides an artificial intelligence platform purpose-built for veterinary professionals. The Service includes:

The Service is intended solely for use by qualified veterinary professionals and researchers. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary judgement, clinical examination, or established diagnostic procedures.
3. Professional Responsibility Disclaimer
TrackerAI is a decision-support tool. All clinical decisions, diagnoses, and treatment plans remain the sole responsibility of the licensed veterinary professional using the Service. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed critically and validated against clinical findings, patient history, and current veterinary best practices before being applied to any animal patient.
We make no representations or warranties that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular clinical situation.

To access certain features you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
5. API Keys and Developer Access
API keys issued through the TrackerAI platform are personal to you and must not be shared, published, or embedded in publicly accessible code. You are solely responsible for keeping your API keys secure. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately via the platform dashboard and generate a replacement.
API usage is subject to rate limits and fair-use quotas as communicated in our documentation and pricing pages. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
